Service content and scope of application
YRVPN provides international routes, node subscriptions, and connection configuration services for cross-border access across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The specific service details are defined by the user panel, plan pages, and order confirmations. Different routes may produce different connection results depending on the local network environment, target service policies, device configuration, or upstream network changes.
You receive personal usage rights for the agreed period or traffic allowance, not ownership of any route, software, domain, configuration file, or related technical resource. Based on route maintenance, capacity changes, security risks, or service improvements, YRVPN may reasonably adjust node names, entry points, exit points, route types, and client access methods, and will make reasonable efforts to explain significant changes on the website or in the user panel.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required to create an account; users can create one with a username and password. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials, subscription details, and device configurations, and must ensure that submitted information is accurate and remains identifiable. Access and usage resulting from poor credential handling, saved configurations on untrusted devices, or voluntarily sharing subscription details with others will be treated as activity under that account.
Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and devices they manage. Users may not sell, rent, or sublicense a subscription, publish subscription details, or provide commercial services to third parties through account sharing, traffic splitting, third-party top-ups or activations, or other means. If abnormal connection activity affects route capacity, other users, or system security, YRVPN may require account re-verification, updated subscription details, or restrictions on relevant connections.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Plan details, available traffic, and validity status are determined by the user panel and actual order records; users should verify their selection before activation or upgrade.
Acceptable use requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed destination is located, and are responsible for their conduct and content while using the service. The service may not be used to infringe others' rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, commit fraud, send bulk unsolicited messages, or conduct other unlawful activities. Users may not continuously consume route resources through automation in a way that materially affects normal service.
YRVPN may conduct necessary checks upon receiving a valid complaint, a regulatory request, or evidence of a clear risk. Checks will be limited to what is necessary to address the specific risk and may include restricting relevant connections, asking the user to explain the situation, or suspending account functions. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Service availability and liability limits
Cross-border network connections are affected by local carriers, international links, target website policies, device systems, client settings, and temporary maintenance, among other factors. YRVPN will maintain routes and subscription systems within its control, but does not promise that any route will perform consistently in every region, on every device, or in every network environment. Nor does it guarantee long-term access to any particular third-party website, application, or content.
Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or upstream changes may cause route switching, brief interruptions, or changes to connection methods. Users should try alternative nodes according to the route list and help documentation, and should keep important business data properly backed up. To the extent permitted by applicable law, YRVPN is not liable for indirect losses beyond the subscription fees paid when they result from third-party service changes, device failures, incorrect configurations, exposed account credentials, network restrictions where the user is located, or events that cannot reasonably be controlled.
Refund requests are governed by the separate Refund Policy. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment.
Suspension and termination and term changes
If a user seriously violates acceptable-use requirements, resells or publicly shares a subscription, disrupts service operations, or refuses to cooperate with necessary account security measures, YRVPN may suspend connections, restrict account functions, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. Where conditions allow, an explanation will be provided before action is taken. For system security risks requiring immediate control, YRVPN may act first and add relevant information to the user panel afterward.
Users may stop using the service, but stopping use does not automatically cancel completed orders or change traffic status. After account termination, necessary records related to service delivery, order verification, and dispute handling will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable rules.
YRVPN may update these terms when service content, technical conditions, or applicable rules change. Updates will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Significant changes affecting user rights or obligations will be highlighted on the website or in the user panel. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service before the new terms take effect.
