Data handling and usage boundaries

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data YRVPN processes when providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services, why it processes that data, and how users can manage it. Using the service means the user has read this policy; anyone who disagrees with these practices should stop using the relevant features.

Data collected and processing purposes

Registration requires only a username and password; no email address is needed. YRVPN does not treat a registration email as a requirement for opening an account and does not request one as part of the registration process. Account data is used for authentication, subscription status checks, traffic allowance management, and account security.

Order records may include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, payment method, and transaction identifiers returned by the payment channel. This information is used to complete orders, confirm payments, process refunds, resolve disputes, and maintain necessary financial records. Text, screenshots, or device information voluntarily submitted in a support ticket are used only to investigate the relevant issue and respond to the request.

Website analytics may process basic information such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, and approximate region. This helps verify that pages work properly, improve content structure, and investigate abnormal access. Analytics data is not used to build profiles of the international websites users browse.

No-logs policy and connection data

YRVPN follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, which applications they use, or what content they send, and it does not retain browsing history that could link specific network activity to an account. During network transmission, the system may temporarily process necessary connection information within the active session for routing, traffic measurement, and anomaly handling. This information is not retained as long-term connection logs and is cleared when the session ends or the processing purpose is complete.

The subscription service maintains account availability and aggregated traffic usage so it can enforce plan allowances, show remaining traffic, and handle service faults. This summary reflects usage only and does not include destinations, request content, or communications. If a user submits a fault report, YRVPN processes only the diagnostic materials provided voluntarily and does not expand the collection scope.

Cookies and local storage

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary session identifiers. These data keep users signed in, restore their choices, and reduce repeated actions; they are not used to store records of the international websites users visit.

Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and saved preferences may expire, requiring the user to sign in again or choose settings again. If the browser blocks necessary storage entirely, account verification, order processing, or panel features may not work properly.

Payment processing and service providers

YRVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment instructions are handled by the relevant third-party payment service, while YRVPN receives the payment result, order status, and transaction identifiers needed to complete the order. Information submitted directly to a payment service on its payment page is governed by that service's own privacy rules and security measures.

YRVPN permits relevant service providers to process limited data only when necessary to operate the website, process orders, maintain infrastructure, or investigate faults. Such processing is limited to the assigned task and does not change the data purposes described in this policy.

Data retention, deletion, and protection

Account information is generally retained until the account is deleted or the information is no longer needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Analytics data is aggregated, anonymized, or deleted after analysis and security investigations are complete. Support ticket materials are cleared after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Temporary data from connection sessions is not retained long term.

Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through the ticket function in the user panel. After receiving a request, YRVPN first verifies account ownership and then processes eligible content for deletion. If some order records cannot temporarily be deleted because of a transaction dispute, refund processing, or applicable obligations, their use will be restricted and they will be cleared when the retention reason ends. Deleting an account may make subscriptions, historical order lookup, and related panel features unavailable.

Policy updates and request channels

YRVPN may update this policy when service features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month shown at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Changes that materially affect data use or user rights will be explained through an on-site announcement or the user panel.

For privacy questions, data access requests, or deletion requests, log in to the user panel and use the ticket function. When submitting a request, avoid attaching sensitive content unrelated to the issue and provide enough information to verify account ownership.
